SAIP: Request for Public Consultations Regarding Copyright Law

SAIP is currently studying the development of Intellectual Property laws and will start with Copyright Law which was issued by the Royal Decree (M/41) dated 02/07/1424 AH. Within the framework of the objectives of Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) which are to organize, support, sponsor, protect and promote intellectual property in the Kingdom in accordance with global best practices and to propose Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations.

Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property is keen on benefiting from the participation of the public to express their opinion in regard to the development of Copyright Law and to provide consultations or written comments in this regard before the end of Thursday 27/0/1440 (12/01/2019) by sending consultations to SAIP Email: , please write your name or the name of the organization providing the consultations.
