The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property and the Us Patent and Trademark Office Conclude the Bilateral Workshop

Within the framework of the consultations on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property and the US Patent and Trademark Office, a workshop was held today between the Saudi and US sides at the headquarters of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) in the presence of the Executive Chairman of the Authority Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Swailem and Mr. Peter Mehravari The Intellectual Property Attaché for the Middle East and North Africa and the Trademark Counselor at the US Patent and Trademark Office, Ms. Larry Laurie.

The sixth bilateral meeting comes within the framework of consultations on the memorandum of understanding between the two countries to enhance cooperation and development in the field of intellectual property and its protection, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in both countries.

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) seeks to improve the intellectual property rights environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and develop the strategic plan of the Authority through exchanging experiences with friendly countries.
