A service that allows the user to apply for trademark registration.

Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/
1. Steps (Individuals)
1- Obtain an authorization from the authorized person in the government agency (minister, deputy minister, agent or authorized person) to register the trademark.
2. Step 3
- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service. - Login to the Trademark Portal.
3. Step 4
Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4. Step 5
Request to register a new trademark (as a concerned person or agent) as per the power of attorney attached above.* In the event that the request is from an agent, a trademark registration agent must be recorded in the Agent Registry.

A trademark consideration invoice shall be issued. If paid, the application shall be received and studied.
7. After studying the application, one of the following decisions shall be taken:
- Accept the condition of modification (deadline for modification is 90 days). In the event that the applicant fails to make the required modification within 90 days, the application will turn into a waiver.- Accept the application.- Refuse the application.
8. Step 9
-If the trademark is accepted, the publication invoice shall be issued.-Then, the trademark is published .
9. Step 10
- Publication (period of publication is 60 days).

- Following the lapse of the publication phase without any objection, the client must pay the final invoice within 30 days of its issuance and the certificate shall be printed via the system.

1- Obtain an authorization from the authorized person in the government agency (minister, deputy minister, agent or authorized person) to register the trademark.

5- Enter the "Apply for a power of attorney" service, fill out the data as a stakeholder and attach the authorization.

6- Wait until the authorization is accepted by the SAIP.

7- Request to register a new trademark (as a concerned person or agent) as per the power of attorney attached above.

8. After studying the application, one of the following decisions shall be taken:
